Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This policy explains what the Tryvia browser extension and the website tryvia.shop ("Tryvia", "we") collect, why, and what you can do about it. Tryvia is developed and operated by Nikhil Padwal. Contact: support@tryvia.shop.

What Tryvia does

Tryvia shows clothing from online stores on you, using your camera or a photo you choose. To do that it needs to handle your image and the product's image.

Information we process

  • Your camera video and photos. Only when you start a try-on. For a photo try-on, your photo and the product image are sent to our server (api.tryvia.shop) and to our AI provider to create the result. For live video, your camera stream goes directly to our AI provider for the length of the session (20 seconds by default). We do not store your photos, video or results on our servers.
  • Product information. The product image, name and page address of the item you try on, used to create the result and to show your recent looks.
  • A random install ID. Created when you install Tryvia so we can track your free try-on, the looks you've bought and your plan. It is not linked to your name.
  • Purchase records. Which pack or plan you bought, when, and the payment reference. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Technical information. Your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse (for example, limiting how many free trials one network can create) and appears in short-lived server logs.

What stays on your device

  • Your saved photo (if "Remember my photo" is on), your recent looks and your settings are stored only in your browser. Delete them anytime in Tryvia's settings, or by removing the extension.
  • The body framing guide runs entirely in your browser. To do this Tryvia downloads a pose-detection model from Google's servers once; Google may receive your IP address as part of that download.

Who we share it with

  • Decart AI (our AI provider) receives your photo or camera stream and the product image to generate the try-on. Decart's own terms apply to content sent to its platform and may allow it to use that content to improve its services. See decart.ai for their privacy policy.
  • Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy.
  • Our hosting provider (Hostinger) runs our server.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it for anything other than providing Tryvia.

How long we keep it

Photos and video: not stored by us. Install ID and purchase records: for as long as you use Tryvia, and as required for tax and accounting. Server logs: up to 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can stop using the camera at any time, delete your saved photo and looks in settings, or uninstall Tryvia. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your purchase records, email support@tryvia.shop with your install ID (shown in Tryvia's settings). We reply within 30 days.

Children

Tryvia is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you inside the extension.
