TryviaTerms of service

These terms apply to the Tryvia browser extension and tryvia.shop, operated by Nikhil Padwal ("we"). By installing or using Tryvia you agree to them.
The service
Tryvia creates AI previews of clothing on you, from your camera or a photo. Previews are illustrations, not exact representations of fit, size, colour or fabric. Always check the store's product details before buying. We are not the seller of any product you try on and are not responsible for purchases you make from stores.
Looks, packs and plans
- Each new install includes one free try-on.
- A photo try-on uses 1 look. A live video or character session uses 5 looks and lasts up to 20 seconds.
- One-time packs add looks that don't expire while Tryvia operates.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled and add that month's looks on each renewal. Unused monthly looks don't carry over.
- Looks and plans are tied to your browser installation and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- If a try-on fails or live video can't connect, the looks are returned automatically.
Acceptable use
Only use images of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. Don't use Tryvia to create sexual, harassing, misleading or unlawful content, to impersonate real people, or to try to overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access for misuse.
Availability
We work to keep Tryvia running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change features or prices; price changes apply to future purchases and renewals, and we'll give notice before a plan's price changes.
Liability
Tryvia is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in FILL-ME: your city, India have jurisdiction.
